30 Day Returns on Website Starter Kit Purchases
We love and believe our Starter Kit and really hope you will too! But if you decide it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days of your order. All returns are charged a $20 fee to cover shipping and processing. Original packaging must be included and any free products must be returned unused or their cost will be deducted from your refund. Please include your original invoice number in your return and write us at hello@eyelace.com to let us know what we could do better. 

Returns on all Other Website Product Purchases
All sales on all other Eyelace products besides the Starter Kit are final and nonrefundable. However, because we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team at hello@eyelace.com, provide a detailed explanation of your issue, and we will carefully review your case on an individual basis. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to addressing your unique concerns and fostering a happy customer experience whenever possible.

Purchases Made Through Third-Party Retailers
Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Eyelace website. If you have purchased Eyelace Products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund policy for assistance.
