Shipping policy

Shipping on Domestic Purchases
Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Mon through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Sadly, Eyelace cannot take responsibility for products successfully delivered that have been stolen or damaged at the point of delivery unless the customer has chosen opt-in insurance. Please take as much care as you can to have your products delivered to a secure address; we want our Eyelace to have a safe journey to your door!

Shipping on International Purchases
Eyelace currently ships from the West and East Coast in the US, but does not yet have an International warehouse. International shipping fees and times will vary based on location. However, if you are a non-US-based customer, we are so pleased you are interested in our business and we would love to help you try out our Eyelace. If you have any trouble purchasing or shipping internationally, please write to us at hello@eyelace.com and explain your situation, and we will do all we can to accommodate your experience.
